Our Gym

In 2016, we had the opportunity to take over the Pride Athletic Women’s Only training business in Clifton Hill and to share our time exercising with a great bunch of sassy, hard working Women. Sounds fun?! Yeah, it was. We obviously couldn’t resist and grabbed the chance with both hands. Fast forward 4 and a bit years, a pandemic, thousands of sweaty workouts and we now find ourselves as Northside Movement. A community focused personal gym that has the magic of Pride Athletic deep at its core and a diverse range of other training options for both Men and Women to share the Northside training experience.

Helping people find their training mojo and turning it into a lifelong venture is what we do. Whether it be to finish our first first fun run, to conquer a mountain by bike, to keep up with our kids as they start to find a new pace of life or to finish a workout we didn’t think we could.

Taking thoughtful action enables these moments. It allows us to maintain our physicality as we age, to adventure further and to have confidence that we can go the distance.. however far that may be.

WE AT NORTHSIDE MOVEMENT SET OUT TO BUILD A TRAINING COMMUNITY OF LIKE-MINDED INDIVIDUALS IN A SPACE THAT WOULD ENABLE THEM TO THRIVE. TO LOVE TO EXERCISE. TO BECOME LIFELONG ATHLETES.

We all know exercise is key to longevity and health and wellness. But how many of us actually exercise on a regular basis? How many of us choose to binge watch our favorite TV shows instead of hit the gym? Whether we admit it or not, physical fitness is hard work. And most of us would rather not work that hard in our free time.

If this is your mindset, then you need Northside Movement trainers like you need the air you breathe — desperately. A Northside team member is more than someone who develops a fitness routine and makes you do it. Northside team members are your accountability partners in your life-long journey of health and wellness. We are your guides to nutrition and how you can use nutrition in your workout routine to maximize results. Most importantly, we devote all of our attention to you during your personal training sessions.

A group of everyday people that support each other and recognise individuality amongst the common goal of being the healthiest, strongest version of themselves.

Intro Week

Where it all begins
Our 3 for $30 INTRO WEEK is designed to give us the opportunity to get to know each other, to experience both training programs and to create an action planthat moves you one BIG step closer to your long term training goals.

First 28 Days

Creating the routine.
The first 28 days of training is where we help you build your training routine, educate you on safe and purposeful training methods and a time where you start to feel all of the good that comes with results based training.

3.

The Sweet Spot

Finding your happy place.
This is where we find our new normal. We’ve worked out our training purpose, we’ve built our routine and now we normalise regularly turning up to stay in the game.
