This is an incredible gym! Nat, Mike and Jess are the best trainers I have ever worked with. They make you feel comfortable no matter what fitness level you are or what injuries or health conditions you are working with. There is an amazing community of people attend and I always find working out enjoyable and challenging - you will leave feeling amazing. It really is everything you want in a gym!

Easily the best gym experience of my life! The trainers are fun, caring and dedicated and there to support any and everything you have your heart set on! There’s no heinous diet culture or body focus here - just health and community!!

What a fabulous experience! Trainers were professional and were really interested in motivating and getting the best from us. The clean, well set out and inclusive environment made our session enjoyable.My husband and I were blown away by the care, friendliness and encouragement Northside Movement staff provided us with.Highly recommended!

I have gone to may gym’s over the years and Northside Movement has definitely been the best. Great training, brilliant community, we work hard and have a lot of fun while doing it! Mike and Nat are vey helpful when I have an injury and need a modified program. So glad I found them and became part of the crew!

I have found that injury and soreness have never been a barrier to exercise at Northside. Each trainer has a high level of expertise when it comes to adapting training programs for injury whilst supporting you in building strength, mobility, general fitness and morale.The Northside team go above and beyond in everything they do! Thank you all!

The energy there is amazing, and once you start, you just get addicted. Love the classes, love the programs, love the training - exhausting and energizing. Just great people.

This is by far the best gym I have been a part of.Nat, Mike and Jess are amazing!The classes are small so you receive quality training and they are always on hand to help with your technique.The women are great and always a lot of fun and banter......even at 6am!Highly recommend in joining this awesome team.

I have been training with Mike for many years now and I have so much respect for his knowledge and passion for fitness. This is truly evident in the way he (and Nat) have built and continue to build Northside Fitness! It feels wrong to call it a gym, because it is so much more than that. They definitely know how to motivate safe and fun movement that pushes you beyond your goals no matter your training level!

The program offering is a pretty unique fitness experience that builds on physical and mental strength, and it does it in a friendly, nurturing and welcoming environment. Driven by a very genuine passion and commitment to its community (members) Mike, Nattie and co trainers make sure individuals’ needs are met. As a women specific program it is there to push individuals’ performance for personal results, continually varied, and for ever challenging but fun. Achievements are recognized and celebrated but more importantly the sense of belonging and encouragement from Mike and team are supported by the women who recognize the point of difference offered - genuine care and interest on every individual’s experience and fitness development.

I was recommended this gym by a friend and I have to say it’s one of the best recommendations I’ve been given. The trainers are fun, friendly and push you to be your best. The small class style works for me as I love to be pushed and kept accountable by my fellow (now friends) gym-goers. I feel like this place builds a family environment where you are safe and encouraged to get the best from yourself. I highly recommend Northside Movement!

We are always, challenged, inspired and encouraged by the amazing women (and on the odd occasion head trainer Mike deserves a shout out for being awesome too)! I have been attending Northside for 6 years now. I adore the work outs, the women that attend and the coaches Mike and Nat (and Ella). Thanks for helping me keep fit and strong for the last 6 years!

Love these guys - I have been seeing Mike for a while now and love every session. Mike is very understanding, compassionate, passionate, intelligent in his own craft. I feel I get my moneys worth every time and I can not thank him and the team enough for the support in my health and wellbeing. If you are looking for somewhere to train - please go and see Mike and team they will go that extra mile for you. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend Pride Athletic! The workouts are full of variety and the class sizes are not too large giving you the opportunity to be coached closely on technique. The trainers (Ben, Steph and Danni!) are knowledgeable, friendly and will always help you work to your goals at your own pace. Even more importantly, it's fun! Every class is full of friendly, funny and kind women who all want to have fun whilst getting fit! It's the best gym I have ever been to.

My experience at Pride has been nothing but fantastic! This gym fosters such a caring, genuine environment created by an exceptional group of coaches and members. Whilst we work hard (and sweat plenty!!) there is also lots of laughter, craziness and good times :-)The owner Matt has done a great job of hiring coaches (Danni, Ben and Steph) who encourage and support everyone and know how to work with each of us to help us achieve our goals, whatever they may be. They guide us through our ups and downs, help not just with the physical aspect of training but also the emotional.If you are a little hesitant to try it out, don't be...one session and you'll be hooked and looking forward to your daily slice of exercise pie 🙂
