Welcome to Northside Movement. We’ve got two options for commencing your training journey with us. Both have an intro offer available and provide the opportunity for you to get training immediately.

  • Personal Training on Demand

    INTRO OFFER: Get 40% off and pay $95 per week for the first 4 weeks (normally $159 per week).

    - 1 x Movement Screening and Benchmarking Session

    - 4 weeks of 2 x PT on Demand sessions

  • We offer a range of different class types including: Strong, Boxing, Cycle, Yoga, Power and Team.. You can find a detailed write up of what each class is all about at Class Types.

  • It’s the best of Personal Training as you know it and includes: Personalised programming, coaching support, exercise demonstration and a maximum ratio of 3 people to a trainer. Our Personal Training on Demand has the added benefit of providing maximum flexibility to book in when it suits you.

  • Absolutely. We’re a small team that love people. Contact us to chat, or to make a time to visit us at the studio
