I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and accredited Boxing Coach who has worked with hundreds of clients, from CEOs to professional athletes - and everyone in between.
With 20+ years competing and training at a competitive level across football, basketball, athletics and boxing, I love incorporated differing training methods such as Functional Strength, H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training), H.I.R.T (High Intensity Resistance Training) as well as boxing based fitness & conditioning programs, working together to enable my clients meet their desired outcomes, and achieve what they never thought possible.
Success in training – as in life – comes from hard work, consistency and discipline. There are no short cuts, there are no magic pills or drinks! It may be a cliché, but I firmly believe in the training philosophy of ‘There is NO substitute for hard work’. Plain and simple; you get out, what you put in.
