We have introduced ‘No Sweat’ sessions to help you shape your training and keep you on track.

These sessions are where you can book in to chat to a trainer and help you:

  • Map out a game plan with your training

  • Set out your daily habits that you want to work on

  • Get help with some exercises you've been having trouble with

  • Chat to a trainer about where you want to go

  • Problem solve!
