The Reset

We ran another RESET event this morning at the studio and it was an absolute beauty. 
Nat (& Ella) ran the crew through some mobility work, followed by some USEFUL stretching (Yes.. there is better ways to execute stretching for actual flexibility changes), some fascial release work with the rollers and massage balls (I think we can still hear the quads screaming), some breath work to settle the body... AND..

The ICE BATHS!

Somehow the ice man MIGHT of got a little carried away and put a bag or three too many in there.. but the 5-7 degree ice baths and large amount of ice forming a "crust" on the top totally didn't stop this mob.

They know what's up.

Jumping in KNOWING and THINKING about the benefits and that you are okay is key for being able to overcome the discomfort.
Being able to utilise your tool box of BREATH WORK and RE-FRAMING is key for being able to overcome the voice that's telling you to get out.

Their body and mind was in another space post ice bath and we all walked away feeling freaking fabulous.. something that is absolutely worth a few minutes of purposeful discomfort.

Do GOOD THINGS for your body and your body will do GOOD THINGS for you!
