We are going to continue to do amazing things together.. Here’s how you can with the PT ON DEMAND Program.
The PT On Demand Program is where you get your own side kick (training & accountability coach) to make sure you keep moving forwards!
They will create a bespoke program based on your body & your goals..
They will message you each week to see how you’re going & see if you need anything..
They will give you a firm (but loving) nudge at times when you might slip off track.
On top of all of that, many of our PTOD members make the most of all of the above… and take advantage of the Group Program by opting for one of our Hybrid Memberships (PT On Demand + Group Access)
You’ll find the two program options (PTOD + GROUP or PTOD ONLY) below.
As all memberships are setup by the admin team, so once you’ve worked out the appropriate training option, simply let us know which one best suits where you’re at and we’ll organise everything to keep you in rhythm and training regularly here with us at Northside Movement!
